Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments for credit purchases made through Trawl (the "Service"), operated by Pranav Cheraku, are handled. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

All Sales Are Final

All credit purchases made through Trawl are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This applies to all purchased credits, whether you have already spent them or they remain unused in your account.

Credits are sold in one-time packs through our payment processor, Stripe, and provide immediate access to AI-powered features of the Service. Because that access is granted as soon as a purchase completes, purchases cannot be reversed.

Complimentary Credits

Credits granted for free — including the credits new accounts receive at signup — have no monetary value and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund. Any remaining credit balance is forfeited when an account is permanently deleted.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us at pranavcheraku@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, including the approximate date of the charge. While all purchases are final, we will investigate genuine billing errors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above.
